- The Academy opens at 6 am and closes promptly at 6 pm.
- Fees must be paid regardless of attendance and/or illness.
- We follow the Clayton County School System for inclement weather closures.
- Children must be escorted in and out of the Academy by an adult.
- All children ages three years and above are required to be in uniform.
- Fridays are dress down days and children may come to the academy in relaxed clothing.
- We must obtain written authorization/permission from the child’s legal guardian before your child can participate in any routine transportation, field trips and special activities away from the Academy. Special authorization/permission will also be required before your child can participate in any water activity.
- We take our children outside to play whenever the weather is suitable.
- Fees are based on the ages and number of children per household. We also offer multi-family discounts and discounts for law enforcement, fire department, 911 staff, educators, active duty military, reservists, nurses and medical staff.
